Currently the number of properties we handle is limited as we are only taking on properties that are first rigorously inspected by a team of travel and hospitality professionals: CVBV membership cannot be bought, only earned. We have gone ahead and done the homework for you, so you can be assured your vacation will be a valued one! It is our goal that Costa Vallarta Boutique Villas will be mark of quality for luxury villa rentals as Mexico Boutique Hotels has become the mark of quality for boutique hotels in Mexico.
Producciones Viva, the corporate entity that founded Mexico Boutique Hotels and Costa Vallarta Boutique Villas, has been been active in Puerto Vallarta and Mexico for nearly 20 years and is situated in Puerto Vallarta where we also publish a number of magazines and websites about the area. We consider ourselves to be the experts on what there is to see and do in Vallarta and our new Concierge service is a natural extension from that expertise.
By year end we plan to have more than 25 properties in the collection.
