Casa del Agua is a magnificent five bedroom private villa, with spectacular views of Bahía de Banderas Bay and Jack Nicklaus´ Signature Golf Course number 9 Fairway.
The property is located within the Punta Mita Resort in a subdivision called Lagos del Mar.
The arquitectural style takes it´s lead from the traditional image of coastal mexican towns, with tiled sloping roofs supported by wooden beams. Only natural materials are used for the floors and walls, in order to create a simple and contemporary space which blends perfectly with Punta Mita´s lifestyle.
The property is built in one level, that makes this home comfortable and wheelchair friendly.
Water is it´s primary decorative element, it gives a peaceful atmosphere and a cozy feeling.
Upon entering, along the hallway a long stone fountain leads into the central patio - with a huge central pond, bordered by a beautiful wall waterfall – that gives access to all areas.
This serene and tranquil ambiance is reflected in all areas of this beautiful villa.
Bedrooms
Master Suite: Ocean view, King size bed, private terrace with direct access to the pool, A/C, LCD Satellite TV, DVD Player, Ipod dock, Walk in closet, bathroom with toilet & bidet, double shower, outdoor tube & shower.
Junior Suite: Ocean view, King size bed, private terrace with direct access to the pool, A/C, LCD Satellite TV, DVD Player, Ipod dock, Walk in closet, bathroom, double shower & outdoor shower.
Bedrooms (3): Each offers two double beds, private terrace with garden, A/C, LCD Satellite TV, DVD Player, Ipod dock, Walk in closet, bathroom, double shower & outdoor shower.
Notes:
- Rates are quoted in US dollars
- Rates are per night, taxes are included.
- 3 night minimum stay
- Rates do not include security deposit, food, beverage, and outside vendor charges.
- Pets are not allowed without written permission
- Total number of overnight guest allowed: 10 adults (over 18 years old) and no more that 15 guest including children.
- Rates are subject to increase, however, all reservations with deposit will be honored at the rate in effect when taken.
Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
50% deposit at time of booking, and the remaining 50% plus a $1000 USD refundable security deposit 90 days prior arrival.
We request a daily service fee along with the rental fee of 80 USD, which will be given to the staff at the end of the rent.
All food and beverage and long distance phone service are billed and deducted from the security deposit.
All outside activities and vendors are to be paid upon the providing of those activities services.
We will request 1000 USD for prior expenses, in case you need.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that written notice must be received for all cancellations.
Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival, total refund will be made.
Cancellations up to 31 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit in refundable.
Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival results in no refund of deposit.

Dining
Fully equipped kitchen for a professional chef´s use or for personal use cold room, Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, Wolf wall oven, microwave oven and stove.
Villa Staff
A personal cook, housekeeper and waiter are available from breakfast to early dinner. Late dinner or after 7pm, can be served at an additional $50 USD fee.
Concierge services, laundry service (not dry cleaning), transportation available inside the resort at no cost.
