Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
During low and high season: 50 % of total stay is required four days after reservation has been made, balance due 45 days prior to arrival, plus $1,000 USD security deposit.
During Holiday Season: 50% of total stay is required to confirm the reservation, balance due 120 days prior to arrival, plus $1,000 USD security deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.
During high and low seasons: If cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to arrival deposit will be refunded less a $100 USD cancellation fee.
If cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to arrival, deposit will not be refunded unless the villa is re-booked. A $100 USD cancelation fee will be charged.
Holiday season: If cancellation is received less than 150 days prior to arrival deposit will not be refunded unless rebooked less a $200 USD cancellation fee.

Staff members will warmly greet you with fresh guacamole and cocktails. You may choose to prearrange your first dinner for arrival night so you can fully relaxing on your first evening and let the pampering begin.

Casa La Vista´s dedicated staff include: Marta - our cook, Salvador - our waiter/houseman, Juan-our gourmet dinner chef, Efrain - our waiter/bartender, Flor - our housekeeper, and Teresa - our local Manager.
Directions
Casa la vista is located a 15 minute drive south along the edge of Banderas Bay, from the city center of Puerto Vallarta.
Transportation
The house manager can meet you at the Puerto Vallarta International airport and assist with coordinating taxis or shuttle vans. Alternatively, a private Suburban can also be reserved to pick you up. Please indicate your preference and we will provide more information.
