Ensconced behind the landmark Los Arcos rock formation, Casa Marilu III is brightly decorated with distinctive Mexican furniture, colorful accessories and unique handicrafts.
Designed by a group of reputed Mexican architects, the look is elegant and streamlined, mixing wide open spaces with splashes of color through lively textiles and handcrafted furniture which radiate under the villa´s skylights. On the main floor, the living room draws a wide curve overlooking the ocean while folding glass doors invisibly mark the limit between the comfort of oversized couches and the Pacific Ocean. A modern gourmet kitchen brings it all together.
Two hundred yards away is a secluded, sandy beach. There is also the beautiful Mismaloya Beach, which offers beachside restaurants, only half a mile away. Both beaches are a great place to swim and relax. Numerous other beaches, all within 15 minutes, dot the popular shoreline and are easily reached by car or taxi from the villa. In addition, the villa has its own private platform beach by the pool with lounges and shady palm trees.
The staff is very friendly, experienced, and well trained to ensure that your stay is memorable. "Special nights" are a colorful Mexican fiesta, a romantic beach party, and a very popular tequila tasting party.
Bedrooms
This 6,500 sq. ft. home features four bedrooms that comfortably sleep 8 guests. The penthouse bedroom alone covers 1500 sq. ft., occupies the entire top floor and boasts 2 ocean view terraces, a hot tub, hammock, bar, sitting & dining areas and marble bath with ocean view. The other 3
spacious guest rooms have private terraces and full baths. two of these three bedrooms have full ocean views and one overlooks an interior garden.
All rooms have a telephone and individual climate control.

Deposit Policy:
In order to reserve the dates that are being requested we would need:
• 50% deposit due for confirmation
• Other 50% must be paid 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.
All holiday reservations / bookings / deposits are non-refundable. This includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year´s and Easter week.
Payments of either deposits or payment in full are refundable when applicable as follows:
• 365 days to 180 days prior to departure: 100%
of amount paid, less cancellation fees (which is 15% of the total amount received)
• 180 days to 120 days prior to departure: 50% of the amount paid plus cancellation fees (which is 15% of the total amount received)
• Less than 120 days prior to departure: Total amount is non-refundable

Dining
The guests can dine indoors or outdoors. The kitchen is theirs to use as they wish to snack or prepare their own food during the day. Our cook doesn´t mind one bit. In fact, she´ll show the guests how to make some pretty savory Mexican dishes – the right way. So they should take advantage of her cooking!
Upon arrival the staff will welcome the guests and offer them a soft drink or cool margarita, guacamole dip, salsa and tortillas.
Our bartender and cook will work with the guests every day to prepare the food and drinks just as they like it. The guests can easily change the menu at their will. Our cook will ask the guest for food and drink money to go shopping and will return all the receipts the same day for their review. We ask that the guests please settle their food bill daily with her. This avoids complications.
On the first night, we will prepare the first meal
upon receipt of the guests instructions. They will receive a questionnaire a few weeks prior to arrival regarding their liquor and food choices for the first night, so that we may supply the villa accordingly.
Villa Staff
A wonderful live-in cook, pampers guests to no end. A housekeeper and a very efficient houseman visit the villa daily to deliver fresh hot rolls, a newspaper and to answer any questions or arrange special events on request.
Directions
Casa Marilú III is located 10 minutes south of town, in the middle of the luxury hotel zone and close to the best beaches Puerto Vallarta has to offer. The villa is in walking distance of famous Mismaloya beach.
Transportation
A private Suburban can be reserved to pick you up. Please indicate your preference and send travel information so we may coordinate your arrival.
