Occupying nearly three prime acres, the main hacienda and its beautifully appointed guesthouse comfortably accommodate a maximum of 18 adults or 20 total guests, including young children making it a perfect venue for a family gathering or a corporate retreat.

The covered rooftop patio atop the Master Suite has a large day bed and presents a private space to relax and enjoy the view of the Bay of Banderas.
Spacious outdoor covered living and dining pavilions offer comfortable seating, Bay of Banderas views and Internet connectivity.
The estate has three separate infinity edge pools in an "aqua courtyard" on two levels, all overlooking the Bay of Banderas. When night falls, they become all the more inviting, as do walks on the beach or moments spent stargazing. The mood changes dramatically in the evening, as seen in the main courtyard that truly looks like a work of art when illuminated. Additionally, an inviting media room provides space to watch movies on a 72" high definition LCD satellite TV or organize games and activities for children and teens.

Bedrooms
The main hacienda features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Located on the second floor, the Master Suite has a king bed, large soaking tub and outdoor shower. Two of its guest rooms overlook the courtyard; one with a king bed and the other with two queens.
The main level features two additional bedrooms, each with a pair of twin beds.
The two-story guest hacienda provides a generous amount of indoor and outdoor living space, as well as great vistas of the jungle and distant mountains.
Called Mariposa, the guest hacienda, features four bedrooms and bathrooms. The upstairs has two bedrooms with king beds.
The two main floor suites have two separate rooms - a bedroom and sitting room. Each room has two queen sized beds and a pair of couches convertible to twin beds.
The two downstairs suites have outdoor showers and two second level suites have outdoor terraces.
The residence also has two rooftop lounging areas for private sunbathing and an observatory for stargazing.
A lighted path of hand laid stone connects the guest hacienda with the main hacienda. Guests walk through a lush jungle of mature plants, palms and papelillos trees.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.
The interim deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation notice is made no later than sixty (60) days prior to arrival.

Casa Papelillos´ personal chef does his culinary magic in a spacious kitchen where he invites guests to converse over hors d´oeuvres or a cup of coffee.
Family Room / Entertainment Center
Distinguished by a 72" high definition LCD satellite TV, DVD player, DVD library and a surround system, the Media Room is a wonderful spot for families to gather and watch the latest movies of favorite programs. As well there´s a bar and ample seating.
Villa Staff
Casa Papelillos employs a full time staff of ten including a personal chef, wait staff and manager on site 24 hours. Nannies, a massage therapist, a yoga instructor, a manicurist, a surf instructor, snorkeling and dive instructors, and tour guides are available upon request.

Transportation
The estate provides two vehicles and drivers for local outings around Punta Mita. Travel to and from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport is provided. Shuttle transportation to Puerto Vallarta for shopping and dining can also be arranged for a fee.
