Inside the villa, an enormous living and dining area under soaring ceilings leads to a terrace overlooking the ocean. The four spacious bedrooms are very private and comfortable with their own terraces and oversized bathrooms and walk in closets. Bedrooms
The four bedrooms can sleep 8 adults. Bedding is varied to accommodate different groups. Two of the guest rooms feature a King bed (including the Master suite) while the remaining two have a Queen and two singles respectfully.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.
All year-round (except holidays): Deposits will be refunded (less a $100 USD cancellation fee) if notice is received at least 90 days prior to the arrival date.
If cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to arrival the deposit will not be refunded unless rebooked and the $100 USD cancellation fee would apply.
Holiday Season: Reservations canceled any time prior to arrival will not be refunded unless rebooked. A $100 USD cancellation fee will apply regardless.
