The Casa sleeps up to 10 people in five spacious bedrooms each with a sizable private bathroom.

The bilingual manager has been with the casa for over twenty five years and caters to your every whim. The friendly staff includes a cook, housekeeper and houseman, all of whom are experts at what they do and make your stay unforgettable with unsurpassably warm Mexican hospitality.

Bedrooms
All guest rooms feature ocean views, air conditioning, satellite TV, private bath, spacious closets, water purification system & casual elegant decor.
The two Master Suites are located on the upper level. The larger of the two features a king bed, spectacular ocean views, marble tub, spacious closet and an ocean front terrace that is shared with the second Master suite.
The second Master suite also has a king bed, ocean view and a spacious bathroom.
The other three guest rooms are located on the lower level and also feature ocean views. The middle room has twin beds while the other two are also King accommodations. All are colorfully decorated, have their own private bathroom.

Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.
High & Low Seasons - prior to the first day of arrival: At least 120 days: Refund less a $100 cancellation fee
Less than 120 days: No refund unless re-booked; $100 fee applies on all refunds
Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year: NO refund unless time period rebooked less $100 fee

Dining
Guests are assured of eating well, since the chef´s a proven pro with tried and true recipes, yet just as happy to prepare dishes of your choice and can whip up anything your heart desires. The one thing insisted on is that nothing but the freshest produce appears on the table – including seafood caught from the bay that day. Grocery shopping and bar-tending are also covered by this multitasking staff member.
On arrival, the staff will be there to greet you with your favorite drink and snacks and later serve your first dinner (prearranged before your arrival). Throughout the rest of your stay, they will prepare breakfast, a light lunch and dinner on a daily basis unless you elect to dine out. Remember that Puerto Vallarta is considered by many to be among the top gourmet destinations in Mexico so you might want to explore.
Villa Staff
The cordial, professional and unobtrusive villa staff include a bilingual manager, cook, maid and houseman.
Please note that the staff are off on Sundays, but they will leave you well organized. Sunday services are available upon request for an additional charge.
