Casa Salinas II is a magnificent beachfront villa located on a serene sandy beach on Puerto Vallarta´s South Shore. Adjacent to beautiful Casa Salinas I, it can be enjoyed as an individual home or combined with Casa Salinas I. Handsomely furnished, its vibrant and cozy decor is surpassed only by the stunning ocean views.
Four bedrooms on four floors are connected by a small elevator, allowing for complete privacy. A one bedroom garden casita is also available as a fifth for two guests.
Guest rooms are spacious, airy and comfortable with spectacular views. While air-conditioned, the casa´s ideal waterfront location and altitude keep it cool and fresh at all times.
Like it´s cozy neighbor, Casa Salinas I, this hideaway maintains the same warmth and casual elegance. Year-round swimming and outdoor living are easy here.
Juan, the ever-helpful bilingual manager, helped design and build this beautiful home and
enthusiastically caters to your every need. He is assisted by a helpful and discreet staff who will serve you with their warm Mexican hospitality and make your stay unforgettable.
Bedrooms
All guest rooms are uniquely appointed and boast large windows that welcome daylight and allow for magnificent ocean views. Accommodations are air conditioned and feature satellite TV, private bathroom, spacious closets and purified water.
The garden casita does not have an ocean view, but is suitable for two young adults or older teens.

Reservations will be automatically canceled if deposit is not received within 7 days of the booking date.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.
High & Low Seasons - prior to the first day of arrival: At least 120 days: Refund less a $100 cancellation fee
Less than 120 days: No refund unless re-booked; $100 fee applies on all refunds
Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year: NO refund unless time period rebooked less $100 fee

We want to say how much we truly enjoyed our week at your beautiful Casa Salinas II. We had stayed at Casa Salinas I with family in April of 2002 and loved every minute of the experience. This time we came back with six of our dearest friends. They did not know what to expect and all of them were so pleased with the experience and want to return with us again.
You have created a lovely and magical vacation retreat. We were all treated as if we were treasured guests and felt like the Casa Salinas was our real home for the week all the staff provide exceptional services throughout the week and always with a smile! The meals were so delicious.... we even cancelled reservations at Café de artistes because we were enjoying the meals so much at the Casa!
Each day we were treated to Mother Nature´s beautiful scenery while lounging by the pool or on the beach. Whales and Dolphins and the beautiful birds put on a show for us daily!
This was certainly a vacation to remember and we hope to return next winter.

Having spent two vacations at your wonderful villas, I can say, without exception, that the entire experience is first rate. I am always a bit tentative about renting a villa because there always seems to be something just a little off of my expectations, but Casa Salinas is just about perfect! As a surprise birthday party for my husband, I rent both Casa Salinas I & II.
Coordinating the schedules of 14 guests and developing an itinerary and menus and reservations would have been impossible anywhere else, but the Staff of Casa Salinas handles any request with a smile and flawless execution.
And what about the decor and the location? Both houses sit right on the ocean just five minutes south of the old village. The location is idyllic and is convenient to just about everything one might want to do. The interiors of both houses are beautiful, tasteful, and impeccably maintained. I know it all seems too good to be true, but there are 13 other people who would say the same things... we can´t wait to go back!!!

A talented and dedicated cook will prepare all your meals at Casa Salinas II. Upon arrival, you´ll be warmly greeted by the staff members, served your favorite drink with delicious snacks and later you will enjoy your first dinner as per arrangements made prior to your arrival. For the balance the creative staff will prepare breakfast, a light lunch and dinner according to your taste. Please be sure to send your guest arrival information to ensure that you preferences are relayed to the staff.
All the menu ingredients are fresh local products. Request your favorite dishes or discover savory Mexican specialties!
Villa Staff
The cordial, professional and unobtrusive villa staff include a bilingual manager, cook, maid and a houseman.
Please note that the staff are off on Sundays, but they will leave you well provided for. Sunday services are available upon request at an additional charge.
