Casa Sol is situated on lot 15 of Lagos del Mar in Punta Mita.
Based on the owners 10 years of experience of building on Mexico´s Pacific coast, the house has been designed in such a way so as to integrate the architecture with the surrounding area, by taking advantage of the climate, the views, the vegetation, texture and natural materials.
The way in which the house is designed focuses equally on both the interior and exterior spaces.
Located within the Lagos del Mar subdivision, facing the 9th Hole fairway, they feature magnificent views across the golf course, to the ocean and horizon beyond.
On entering the house, the central patio with its water mirror feature is the element around which the surrounding areas are organized, generating an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity that is also reflected in each one of the private areas and the areas which are accessed from the central patio.
Everything is built on one level so that one can move freely from one part of the house to another without the need for stairs dividing each area.
The dining and living areas with their outside terraces (both covered and open) as well as the pool and two of the four bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom, enjoy ocean views.
The other two bedrooms have views over the private garden that can be accessed from their terraces.
All the bathrooms have private gardens which the 2 showers open out onto, creating an air of privacy.
The architecture takes its lead from the traditional image of the towns on the Mexican coast, with tiled sloping roofs supported by wooden beams and only natural materials used on the floors and the walls, so as to create a simple and contemporary space which fits perfectly with the very flexible and relaxed lifestyle of Punta Mita.

Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
50% of the total stay is required maximum FIVE days after a holding date has been made. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival plus a $1000 USD refundable security deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.
• If cancelled up to 60 days prior to arrival, total refund will be made
• If cancelled 31- 59 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit refundable
• Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival results in no refund of deposit

Dining
The kitchen is made up of two separate areas, one part integrated with the dining area and comprising a bar area; and the preparation area, which is separate from the entertaining area. Also there´s a pergola with pool, barbecue and both covered and uncovered terraces.
Villa Staff
The house comes with a cook, 2 housekeepers and a handyman to pamper you during your dream vacation. Laundry, housekeeping and transportation services daily.
Food is not included just the staff service.
The staff area has a full bathroom, kitchen and dining table.
