Palmasola accommodates up to 18 guests in nine bedroom suites including a dramatic and completely private master home. The property is fully staffed; including chef, chauffeur and concierge. Bedrooms
The entire estate is comprised of eleven structures assembled in a village-like design. With two residences, two or three families with children or seven couples can enjoy the Palmasola experience and have individual living spaces so they can also have time to themselves.
Collectively there are seven bedrooms, each with in-suite bathroom.
Master Residence
• El Sol, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed on the upper floor with a separate study and exterior terrace
• The study on the second level comes complete with a wireless laptop and docking station, a seating area for meetings, a satellite TV and a DVD and stereo
• The terrace has a Jacuzzi, romantic “table for two” and private daybed
• There are two bedrooms on the main level each with two full-sized beds, plus a living room, breakfast table and small kitchenette between them. One of the bedrooms is wheelchair friendly.
• A massage room is on the main level
• A rooftop deck is very private and has a day bed with a pergola
Guest Residence
• The upper level features a shared living room with a breakfast table and kitchenette situated between two bedrooms with king-sized beds. One of the bedrooms has a fold out sleeper bed for children.
• The lower level features a shared living room with a breakfast table and kitchenette situated between two bedrooms with king-sized beds. Both bedrooms have a sleeper couch for children.
• A rooftop terrace is ideal for sunning and star gazing
• Although laundry service is provided, there is a guest laundry for those who prefer to do their own laundry
Caretaker Residence
• There is a separate bedroom/bathroom suite with two sets of bunk beds that are ideal for guests bringing in staff.

50% additional - 90 days prior
20% security deposit - 90 prior
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.
The initial and interim deposit are fully refundable to guest upon Palmasola´s receipt of guest´s written notice of cancellation no later than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date.
If guest provides written notice less than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date, and Palmasola succeeds in securing a replacement guest for the same rental period then the security deposit will be refunded plus any of the other deposits received from guest to the extent that Palmasola receives rental payments from a replacement guest during the applicable period.

Dining
The Kitchen Palapa is fully equipped for a professional chef´s use or for personal use (Sub-Zero and Viking appliances). Features include a pizza oven, a grill, and a bar. Overlooking the pool deck, this is a great place to gather for the Palmasola margaritas
The main table, located in the Dining Palapa, can seat up to 14 guests and can have a very ceremonial setting for dinner.
The Roof terrace on Family Room/Media Center is an ideal place for dinner for 2-16 guests
and an excellent location for star gazing.
Family Room / Entertainment Center
The Family Room has a state-of-the-art media center including a projection screen, DVD, VHS and satellite TV (in front) and satellite TV with DVD in the rear for children. A full stereo system including CD player, iPod dock, Satellite TV, music channels, PC with iTunes storing over 6,000 songs and play lists are also included. There are speakers located throughout the Civic Center of the estate.

Villa Staff
Palmasola´s friendly staff of fifteen includes a bilingual general manager, an operations manager (butler, driver, night manager on-site 24/7), an assistant operations manager, a chef, breakfast cook/nanny, housekeepers (2), landscapers (2).
English speaking nannies are available on request for an extra fee.
Directions
Palmasola is located 42 kilometers northwest of the Puerto Vallarta international airport, aproximately 45 minutes away within a three-home gated subdivision of Punta Mita Nayarit.
Transportation
Chauffeured airport pick-up and drop-off in Cadillac Escalade with Ford Ranger (2+3) for luggage and additional seating is included. If it´s an additional group that´s arriving all at the same time and it´s necessary to hire another suburban or two then there is an additional change.
