Modernly appointed yet casual and comfortable, The Beachouse is the ideal refuge for two. While everything is right at your fingertips, there is nothing small nor compact about this retreat built on two floors. The lower level features a king-size bed angled just right, with unadultered ocean views and a plunge pool only steps away. Staircases, both outdoor and indoor, take you to the upper level, its airy living area, spacious kitchen and delightful outdoor patio perfect for lounging, practicing yoga or intimate tete-a-tetes.
The theme is “playa” and the feel is tropical elegance. Cream-colored marble, teak, rattan, stainless steel and colorful linens combine perfectly to create "designer nonchalance", casual and easy-going yet flawlessly conceived and impeccably put together.
The Beachouse can be rented in conjunction with the villa as an “owner´s suite,” perfect for the head of the family, a bride and groom or the leader of a corporate group, when a little more space and privacy are desired. However, because of it´s masterful design, it is also a perfect refuge for two that can be completely independant from Villa Verano. Choose to discover Old Vallarta´s funky cobblestoned streets and Romantic Zone lined with cafés and shops, or simply hibernate within the comfort of this hidden treasure.

- Rates reflect the maximum number of guests: two adults only. No children permitted.

- Minimum Stay: 4 nights / Holiday season: 7 nights.
- Rates are subject to increase, however, all reservations with deposit will be honored at the rate in effect when taken.
Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your 50% deposit.
The balance, plus a $2,000 USD security -phone deposit is due 60 days
prior to arrival. The security deposit is refundable providing there
is no damage or long distance phone calls during the guests´ stay.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.
Cancellation prior to 120 days: 80% of deposit is refundable.
Cancellation prior to 90 days: 40% of deposit is refundable.
After 90 days: No refund unless the Villa is rebooked for the exact
period. The deposit will be refunded less a $200 USD handling fee.
Bookings for Christmas and New Years are not refundable.

Dining
Cooking is a delight at The Beachouse at Villa Verano. A roomy, top-of-the-line kitchen with modern amenities summons creativity and allows guests to enjoy privacy while preparing their favorite meals. A gourmet outdoor grill is an added pleasure. A noted chef can be hired to prepare delicious Mexican specialties or anything you particularly crave.
Local produce is always fresh, the views are spectacular and the space is both appealing and extremely private. Need we say more?

"The Beachouse" has it´s own secluded entrance from the street, sweeping views of the bay and beach from every room, infinity pool heated to your desire, gourmet kitchen, living room, outside dining terrace, large bedroom and bath, outdoor shower, air conditioning, and beach access.
Directions
The Beachouse at Villa Verano is located approximately 30 minutes South of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and is only five minutes from Old Vallarta´s quaint, cobblestoned Zona Romantica.
