Villa Balboa features spectacular oceanfront and city views, authentic cultural excursions, private cinema & on site spa experience.
The Villa offers an elegant dining room with seating for twelve, a private cinema with seating for 20+ & an art deco bar, WIFI and satellite system exist throughout the house for your convenience and enjoyment.
Villa Balboa is gym equipped with free weights, pilates and yoga mats, DVD´s, stationary bike and a treadmill.
Exterior areas feature an infinity pool, koi ponds, dance floor, water elements, fountains and falls, tropical gardens and an on site English speaking concierge.
Bedrooms
Villa Balboa features an open design reflecting the play of light and color that is in constant change and the feel is that of warmth with subtle touches of Mexican traditional and modern art.
Accommodations consist of:
Two Oceanfront Master Suites: With King size beds, In-suite Jacuzzi, Oceanfront terrace, Walk in closet, Personal service bar
Four Oceanfront Suites: Two with queen size beds and two with twin beds. All with oceanfront terraces.
Villa Balboa also includes a private oceanfront one bedroom suite with full kitchen & separate entrance.
Notes:
- Rates are quoted per night in US dollars
- Rates are subject to 18% tax
- Rates do not include security deposit, food, beverage, and outside vendor charges.
- There is a minimum stay of 4 nights in low and high season & 6 nights during holidays
- Babies under 10 months old, or children over 8 are welcome with supervision. A nanny or baby sitting service is available upon request.
- Check in: 3:00pm / Check out: 12:00pm
- Rates are subject to increase, however, all reservations with deposit will be honored at the rate in effect when taken.
Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
A reservation will be considered confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit. This deposit is due within 7 days of reservation, if not received by this time, reservation will be automatically cancelled. An extension may be granted upon request.
Balance due 90 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit: 1000 USD will be required upon check in to be returned after a complete inspection has been made after check out.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a written notice must be received for all cancellations.
Cancellations made more then 90 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund less 10% of the gross rental price.
Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless Villa Balboa is re-rented during the same dates at the same rate, in that event the full amount will be refundable minus 10% cancellation fee.
There is no refund for Christmas and New Year rentals.

Villa Balboa is located 3.8 kilometers south on Highway 200 from downtown Puerto Vallarta. This spectacular oceanfront villa is nestled into the green and golden cliffs above the Pacific Ocean on Playa Los Venados.
Transportation
VIP airport arrival pickup service is included for up to 15 guests arriving at the same time. Guest may request additional airport transfer services at an additional cost.
