 Villa Encanto - Puerto Vallarta
Escape to the tranquil town of Bucerias and enjoy your getaway to this beautifully decorated residence on the sandy shores of the beautiful Banderas Bay. This lovely villa was purchased and recently renovated by former guests that loved the Villa Encanto experience so much, they bought the house!

The impressive main house is over 5,000 square feet and consists of five beautifully decorated bedrooms that open on to private terraces, all with king size beds and private bathrooms. Two of the rooms have ocean views while the remaining three have pool views.
Beyond the main residence in the center of the estate, is the Jr. Size Olympic pool and guesthouse. This guesthouse consists of two bedrooms, separated by a kitchenette, each with a private bathroom and a king size bed.
Air-conditioned throughout, there are individual thermostats in every room. Maids, cook, caretaker, gardener and bilingual property manger are included in the rental price.
The property can accommodate a small private wedding at an extra cost. Private massage services are also available at the villa.
In addition, the home features a media room with a 42” wide screen TV (high definition), DVD and VCR player, satellite television, wireless high speed internet access, and “all in one” HP fax machine with printer, copier and scanner. There is also a dedicated phone line where guests can make unlimited calls to the US and Canada at no charge.
Bedrooms
Five of the seven beautifully decorated bedrooms are located in the main house (all these rooms open on to private terraces), featuring king size beds and private bathrooms. Two of the rooms have ocean views while the remaining three have pool views.
The other two bedrooms, located on the guest house, has a king size bed and private bathroom.

- Rates are per night, subject to a 16% tax (IVA)

Dining
Choice of 2 meals per day - prepared. We handle all of the shopping for our guest. There is a 10% surcharge. Light snacks can also be arranged. Food and beverage costs are the responsibility of the guest. If you are having guests or large parties for dinner please give the chef and the Manager a minimum of 24 hours notice. Based on the size of the special dinner, we might need to hire additional help at an expense of $20 per helper.
Guests are responsible for all grocery and beverage costs during their stay.
